Description:
This machine is made up of mainframe, spindle box and its pneumatic feeding mechanism, tailstock and its pneumatic feeding mechanism, tank supporting mechanism, welding torch feeding and adjusting mechanism, electrical control system, pneumatic system and welding power source.
1. Welding torch is fixed while tank rotating. Welding torch can be manually adjusted. MIG automatic welding torches are fixed while tank is rotating, welding position is horizontal.
2.Main Body Frame
The mainframe consists base, column and etc. The base is assembled and welded from the square tubes and plates with the upper surface machined. The tailstock can be adjusted along the guide rails and the spacing can be adjusted to meet the requirements of various kinds of welding. The tailstock is guided by the guide rails to ensure the concentricity to the spindle box.
3.The Rotary Axis Box
The rotating machine head is made up of AC motor, speed reducer, pneumatic chuck and conductive device. Servo motor will guarantee the stable rotation speed. The fixture clamps two ends of the tank tightly to ensure the uniformity of every clamping.
4.Tailstock Clamping Mechanism
The pneumatic tailstock can be adjusted along the guide rails to meet the requirements of various kinds of welding. It adopts hand-operating screw rod to adjust distance. The tank is pressed pneumatically and rotates.
5.Tank Supporting and Fixture Clamping Mechanism
The left sides of the machine installed tooling fixture to clamp tank head.
The V-shaped support brackets move up and down manually.
6. Welding Torch Feeding and Adjusting Mechanism
There are two sets of welding torch feeding and adjusting devices separately installed on the left and right side of the machine, torch automatic up and down pneumatically to switch between the preparing position and welding position.
